1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TradeX (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors and registered users.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate, current information when you register.
• Maintain only one account per person unless we approve otherwise.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Identity verification

Access to deposits and trading requires identity verification (KYC). Verification is reviewed manually by an administrator, who may approve or reject a submission at their discretion. We may suspend account features until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & wallet

Once verified, you may fund your wallet in a supported asset. Deposited amounts are reflected as balances within the Platform and may be used to place trades on supported pairs.

5. Trading & settlement

You may place orders on supported pairs such as BTC/USDT. Orders are settled according to the Platform's published rules and global trade settings, and may be reviewed or adjusted by an administrator to keep the environment fair and consistent.

• Trade outcomes follow transparent, pre-defined platform rules.
• Administrators may approve, reject, or settle trades as part of supervision.
• The Platform may enter maintenance mode, during which trading is paused.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with trade settlement.
• Submit false verification information or impersonate another person.
• Access the Platform using automated tools without permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

Crypto trading involves risk. TradeX provides the infrastructure and oversight to help you trade responsibly, but market movements are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to our team.
